It is a daily challenge to create real relationships everyday I completely agree. You do make a good point in your past blogs that leadership and being helpful are the valuable ingredients to any relationship, whether it’s personal or business.

Sometimes it’s having the time to find the opportunities to be available to your colleagues, network and potential connects. I find my self in the office almost 100% of the time that even when I do have an active connect on line it’s quite hard to make time to meet up for lunch or drinks, to really humanize the relationship.

I’m sure this challenge won’t go away, it’s a daily battle with our busy schedules and endless to-do lists, but persistance eventually does pay off!
